The Filter Pros provides AC filter replacement replacement services on a subscription basis. Our services include:

• Regular replacement of AC filters according to the subscription plan
• Professional installation by our trained technicians

The cost of filters and batteries is not included in the subscription fee and will be charged separately at the time of service.

3. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription fees are charged either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service
• Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for yearly subscriptions
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

4. Service Appointments

Our service appointments are subject to the following conditions:

• We will schedule appointments in advance at times convenient for you
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice
• If our technician cannot access your property at the scheduled time, we may charge a rescheduling fee
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Filter Pros shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Damages arising from loss of use, data, or profits
• Any damages arising from the inability to use our services
• Any damages to your HVAC system not directly caused by our negligence

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
